I put in an online order at 12:30 for a 2pm pick up. I got there early (1:50) and it wasn’t ready and I wasn’t expecting it to be. The woman said it hadn’t been actived from online but assured me it would be ready by 2. About 2:05 I went to check on it and she said it was cold and they were heating it up (I ordered soup). I was confused. The woman tried to explain and kept turning her head, so I couldn’t hear what she was saying. I asked if she could talk to me so I could hear. She said let me go get my manager. Her manager came out and explained and said she would issue a refund. I said why wasn’t this noticed 15 minutes ago while I was waiting. She said they just realized it wasn’t on warming up. She said she understood I was upset and said I yelled at her employee. I said I didn’t, I was just confused and couldn’t hear her because she kept turning her head away when she spoke. I was frustrated my food wasn’t ready. They didn’t seem to care, because they were offering a refund. But I just wasted my time and the refund won’t be in my account until 1-3 business days. On top of the fact that I was meeting my grandma that has dementia at her nursing home and thrives on routine. Now

The cashier got visibly upset when I didn’t tip her for taking my order, it was prompted after taking my order for some odd reason, all you did was take my order? and instead of a real plate I got a to go box when I was dining in. Why are you asking for tips after just taking an order? It’s not that difficult. Place was absolutely dead at dinner time too probably for stuff like this

For quick noodles this was decent place, Alfredo was good we also got the spicy steak which was okay I wasnt too impressed with the steak however the sauce was good. We got the small cheesy bread and that was good as well, the Mac and cheese we got for our kiddo was mid tbh but my toddler ate it so if it passed that test we certainly will take it. All and all for the price and speed its most definitely worth the trip. Recommend!!!

My sister and I both are a little autistic and have been hyperfixated on the buttered noodles for about two weeks straight. They even put the cheese on the side for us so it doesn’t melt and we’re very appreciative of it. Very affordable and yummy :)

Paid for extra steak, got a small portion. $20 for a plate with so little steak is ridiculous. Never been here gave it a shot and I honestly don’t think I’m coming back. Especially when chipotle is next door where they give you piles of protein for Less
